Bryan Kelly has over a decade of experience working with small and medium sized businesses from across Canada. He has developed in-depth knowledge of the accounting and tax issues faced by private corporations and offers a wide variety of services to address those needs. Services often include financial & strategic analysis, bookkeeping, accounting software support, financial reporting, managerial cost and revenue analysis, GST/HST guidance, income tax planning, payroll, and tax filings. Every client has unique requirements and we work to develop a suite of services for your business. 

We have also worked extensively with international businesses who have expanded their operations in Canada. Foreign managed and owned businesses face many unique compliance and tax issues and are subject to additional reporting requirements. We can help foreign businesses navigate these requirements and advise on appropriate business structures that take advantage of the benefits afforded by international tax treaties.

We are supported by a small team of highly qualified bookkeepers who are based in Canada and have strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax practices. Our team works closely together and provides a level of support and expertise that offshore accounting firms cannot.

Bryan Kelly's freelance consulting experience is backed by corporate experience as an accountant, internal auditor, and project manager in the oil & gas industry, based both in Canada and the United Kingdom, working with business operations worldwide.
